Breaklunch.
Somehow I decide to post my breaklunch (breakfast+lunch) menu today.
nasi goreng hitam seafood
This is Nasi Goreng Hitam Seafood (black seafood fried rice) from RiceBox. It may look GJ, but it's actually pretty nice! It's black because the cook add's a little bit of squid's ink while frying it. It tastes a little bit different from regular fried rice, can't really explain.
scrambled eggs.
This is a regular scrambled eggs. Normal. No squid inks.
a glass of low-fat milk besides a glass of water
You always need water to wash it all down.
It may seem really fatty but it's not THAT fatty, really. Low-fat milk, ofcourse it's low fat. And eggs contain vitamin B12, B12 helps break down fat and carbohydrates a lot. I've been eating eggs every breakfast for like 2 weeks now, and together with regular exercises and low carb intakes I find it easier to loose my belly fat. I've lost 2 inches already, that's like only 1 cm but it makes a pretty big difference. I just wished I've realized this sooner.
The Nasi Goreng Hitam now? Not so healthy. But I guess it's okay once in a while.
After 15 minutes of eating I finally finished them all. Completely.
Hahaha.
Now who sometimes feel that they've eaten a lot but still doesn't feel full?
I do.
And I kept on eating until I feel full, when there's actually two fact we didn't know :
1. The stomach needs 15 minutes to send a signal to the brain that you've eaten enough.
2. Sometimes the brain confuses between hunger and thirst.
So, in order to prevent eating too much why not wait 15 minutes till' after you eat, to see if you really are full or not. Stomach needs 15 minutes to digest everything completely.
And sometimes when you feel hungry in the middle of the night or something, try stop yourself from eating snacks. Drink lots of water instead so you can feel full.
And if you're wondering why the hell am I posting this, the reason is that I'm really really bored and I got nothing to do.
XOXO,
