Cupcake frenzy.
I'm thinking of getting cooking lessons later on the next holiday. Why? Well, I'm loving cupcakes.
Since I played baking life on Facebook, I just can't get enough. There you can decorate your own cupcake, and they got so many different kinds of cakes, cookies, and tarts. So I figure, why not learn to make some?
I haven't found any cooking class though, and I haven't got the oven they use to bake cakes.
Hopefully by next year I'll be able cook these beauties.
My plan is to be able to cook these cupcakes so good it's irresistable, and then I'll give them to my friends. I'll feed them brutally so they get fatter and fatter and I'll look slimmer *evil laugh*
Nah, I'm just kidding.
I'll feed them to my lil' cousin, she's 6 years old and she only weighs 15 kg.
Meanwhile I've been searching recipes online and found this website. Not exactly a complete handbook of cupcake making but good enough. Look at all the different cupcake this lady's made. Gorgeous.
I also checked out Martha Stewart's cupcakes. They're super pretty! She decorated it in so many different ways, elegant yet cute.
There's something pretty about cupcakes. They're simple, cute, catchy, yet they got so many varieties. Not to mention the fact that kids love 'em. Fun to make, fun to decorate, fun to eat.
I hear Natasha (@nattssanjaya, http://nattsconfessions.blogspot.com/ ) can make cakes like these. Maybe I should ask her to teach me? For a start. LOL.
Anyone got any good cupcake recipes?
